  • Contracts run till notice from Rentaler is given when they wish to cease rental. One further payment will be deducted and chairs will be picked up within a week. to avoid extra payment try give notice Wed/Thur

  • If rent term is greater than 6 months no pick fee will be charged. If less than a fee of $150 will be charged regardless of number of chairs rented.

  • All chairs are property of Barberaid©

    if stolen will be treated as thieft

  • If lapse in payment happens you will be given notice of 3 x weekly emails, if contact is not made back we may deduct bond and collect chairs

  • A bond of $500 per chair will be taken at time of starting of rental

 

Cancelation policy

  • Termination of contract

Clients are welcome to terminate contract at date of notification of charge increase [see termination clause]
The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of hire and overdue fees will be deducted from bond as well as a pick up charge of $150 maximum for 1 or more chairs at same location as well as if any malicious damages outside of warranty coverages

The minimum Contract ends on [contract end date] unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for early pick up cost of $150 if within 6 months of start of contract. the client will be charged 1 weeks more hire fee upon terminating hire agreement, Pick up will happen within a week, please allow 1 weeks timeframe for us to be able to pick up and/or return old chairs held for client. A convivence time and date email will be sent to lessor to notify us of best time to collect within business hours

  • Switching from Rental to Purchase

Customer wishes to own out right.
Switching can be done, Rental payment amount will remain the same and 12 months of payments are collected if on a Payment Plan. A new contract will be sent to be signed and accepted and a new payment plan will be activated.

Or for Full Payment an amount of rental payments made to date made include initial deposit and a trade in price deducted for the chair we hold or customer has will be summed up and deducted from full price of that model current price shown on website. A new invoice will be sent to be paid to own outright, and a new purchase receipt will be sent out.

Please note warranty will start from initial rental start date

 

Payment policy

  • Payment methods

Payment will be made to the Business via an approved payment card, or by any other payment method that is accepted by the Business to be kept safe on file encrypted payment processing software. Payments are charged weekly every Wednesday. Rental charges are subject to a yearly review of possibly 10% or stay the same till next yearly review.
