Frame & Structure.

Lifetime warranty for all Steel & Aluminium parts if no evidence of damage through moving or rust from user damage to paint

Mechanical.

Manual pump lift - 5 years

Electrical lift - 2 years

All Replaced -serviced if within warranty term

Plastics

3-year warranty for all plastic parts.

Warranty covers UV damage/ Discolouration providing wear happens indoors. Evidence showing that at any time wasn't kept to indoor conditions voids warranty completely. Surface scratches, chips, breakages due to unnecessary stresses ie: tools taken in and out of over time aren't covered. Unnatural breaking due to evidential proof that due to manufacturing mistakes are covered and a condition report/photo at drop off will be taken of plastics and upholstery. If a chair arrives with faults the customer is entitled to deny acceptance of the chair if there is evident damage. Customers will sign acceptance reports and warranty starts from that moment the courier leaves.

Electrical

Standard 2-year warranty coverage. chair will be replaced.

Electrical faults due to obvious water damage or chair worked under hair wash basin will void warranty.

Upholstery

3-year warranty for workmanship (stitching, manufacturing, discolouration’s)

Warranty covers UV damage/ discolouration providing wear happens indoors. Evidence showing that at any time wasn't kept to indoor conditions voids warranty completely. Surface scratches or cuts due to unnecessary stresses ie: tools, sharp objects or general wear in tear aren't covered, (However if accidental damage happens within 5 Years of purchase a replacement part or full set can be purchased at Cost Price- 50% of the advertised price on our website) Customer is also welcome to change colour scheme from original purchase colour. 50% off code will be sent to customer when they provide purchase receipt with date and is within 5-Year warranty
